Where are the stepping stones for market entry? With the World Cup in full swing in South Africa, great focus has swung towards the continent from many directions. One respected financial media outlet in particular, McKinsey Quarterly, is in the third week of a four-week series detailing many aspects of Africa's economic growth trajectory including China, policy factors, sector-specific potential, context for current growth, etc.

To read the latest articles, visit the McKinsey Quarterly's Africa page.

Hundreds of Twitter feeds around the world include one particular McKinsey headliner: "the rate of return on foreign investment is higher in Africa than in any other developing region." That's quite a statement, but the McKinsey articles provide some clear evidence to support the truth of it.

The stars seem to be aligning over Africa. Now the market just needs some stepping stones to make market entry easier for investors and organizations wanting to engage in impact investing.
